Our Return Policy

- Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Note: For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (due to intimate nature of the product)
- Belts (if the buckle shows any signs of wear)
- Bangles & Bracelets (if the clasp has been adjusted)

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- You’ll receive credit via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
