Order Processing

We pride ourselves on swift order processing. All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping Options

Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your True Fit finds as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Return Policy Details

• Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
• Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refund Method: Original payment method
• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings (due to intimate nature of the product)
• Belts (if the buckle shows any signs of wear)
• Bangles & Bracelets (if the clasp has been adjusted)

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Pack Your Items

Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your invoice. We recommend using the original shipping box if possible.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Important: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
• You’ll receive credit via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

• We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
• If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
• If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
• Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items
